What we collect, and what we don’t.
Nexibit runs one form: the project brief. This page explains exactly what that form collects, where it goes, and how to have it removed. If anything here is unclear, email hello@nexibit.io and a person will answer.
What the brief collects
When you submit a project brief we receive only the fields on that form:
- Your name and work email
- Your company
- The event or show name, and the market (New York, Orlando, Las Vegas or other)
- Booth size and show dates
- Target budget range, if you choose one
- Whatever you write in “what needs to happen in the space”
We ask for business contact details, not personal ones. Please don’t put sensitive personal information, credentials or confidential third-party material into the brief.
Why we have it
To reply to you, plan and price the exhibit, and manage the project if you go ahead. That is the only reason we hold it. We don’t sell it, rent it, add you to a mailing list, or hand it to a marketplace or lead-broker.
Where it goes
How your brief reaches us depends on the intake mode shown on the form. In email mode, preparing the draft does not send it to Nexibit; you must send it from your email app. The services used to operate Nexibit are:
- Current RMS — our operational system of record. The online intake creates a contact and an enquiry there when connected. Email briefs are reviewed before being entered into the project workflow.
- Vercel — hosts this website and processes the form submission in transit.
- Google Workspace — our email. If the intake bridge is unavailable, the form prepares a draft you can open in your own email client or copy, then send directly to hello@nexibit.io.
Each of these processes the information on our behalf, under its own terms. We add new services only through a recorded architecture decision, so this list changes rarely and deliberately.
Third-party content on this site
The homepage and the virtual preview can embed a 3D model hosted by Sketchfab. When that viewer loads, your browser contacts Sketchfab directly, and Sketchfab may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. When no model is published, the site shows a local image instead and no such request is made.
Analytics and cookies
This site runs no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. We don’t profile visitors and we don’t build an audience from this traffic. Aside from the Sketchfab viewer described above, the pages load only our own assets.
How long we keep it
Briefs that become projects are retained as commercial records for as long as we need them for the work, our accounts and our legal obligations. Briefs that don’t lead to a project are kept only while the opportunity is realistically open, then removed. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your choices
Email hello@nexibit.io to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live you may have a formal right to do these things; we honour the request either way, and we will not make you justify it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Credentials for our operational systems are held server-side and are never exposed to your browser. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so please use judgement about what you put in a brief.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page. Because Nexibit is early, expect it to become more specific over time rather than broader.
