01 / The Nexibit idea

Light from within.
Impact from a distance.

Backlit modular systems are at the heart of what we build. Illuminated fabric graphics create the space, branded counters welcome the conversation, and foldable LED screens add motion. We bring it together in one visual plan and a clear proposal.

Foldable LED + motion content

Light gets noticed.
Motion tells the story.

The screens are a core part of the experience—not an afterthought. Explore a motion direction, then bring the same visual language into the booth, the graphics and the proposal.

Onto the show floor.

Our foldable LED screens travel in transport crates and unfold directly on site. Straightforward setup is part of the idea—not just what the audience sees when the screens light up.

We plan placement, power and playback alongside your backlit booth and screen-specific content. Equipment, creative production and show support are scoped separately, with venue requirements confirmed for each event.

A few things you might be wondering

Good questions.
Straight answers.

What makes the foldable screens different?

They travel in transport crates and unfold directly on the show floor. We pair that practical format with content designed for the confirmed display. Setup, power, handling and venue requirements are scoped for each project—not assumed to be the same at every show.

Can I rent instead of buying a booth?

Yes. We start with rental modular systems and add the graphics and elements your project needs. Your proposal will distinguish rental items, purchased graphics and services.

How quickly can I get a quote?

Start with your event, dates, footprint and budget. We’ll confirm the scope and feasibility, then build a proposal around the concept and supplier costs. Timing depends on the project; we agree on next steps in our first reply.

Will I see the booth before committing?

Our process starts with a visual direction and develops into a concept you can review before production. When available, an interactive 3D preview lets you explore the space from different angles.

Can you handle installation and show rules?

We plan around exhibitor manuals and coordinate field partners for the agreed scope. Installation, freight, venue services and any exclusions are confirmed in your proposal.
